TWO MEN ONE DREAM

C.E.O. Dorryn "stunt" Simmons and C.O.O. Rashon "RaRa" Cooper have had well-traveled careers both professionally and in football. Both Dorryn and Rashon have multiple decorated years working in the field of mental health as well as educators. On the field Dorryn was an All-Conference O-Lineman, a 2-time consecutive Major League Football champion, and an MLF All-star Fullback. Rashon too on the field was a First Team All-County, First Team All-Area Qb, Athlete of the month, and 2-time defensive MVP. Off the field both men have esteemed jobs in education in New York and New Jersey, as well as being husbands, fathers, coaches and mentors in the community!

4th and G.O.A.L. is located in NJ, and is a fun and fulfilling Football Camp, offering kids ages 7-18 an unforgettable lifetime experience. At our training camp, players can get all the football they could want! Participants receive 2+ hour sessions of concentrated instruction. We separate the campers in two groups under 17(U17) or under 12(U12), typically by age, weight, and ability, to maximize productivity and individual growth and development. The coaching staff however does look at each player on a case-by-case basis to ensure they are where they will grow most. This allows not only for a proper match up, but also for the participants to be challenged and provided with a better learning experience. Without the proper group sizes, players are not matched up properly and they will experience frustration, failure, and loss of confidence. 

We have qualified Coaches certified in First aid/CPR; AED as well Heads up Concussion and Heat exhaustion certified. Our staff committed to the enjoyment and safety of all our campers. Come enjoy the magic of Football Camp in a caring and inspiring environment.
