ELI SPEAKS, LLC
Growing up in Newark, NJ I learned to appreciate different things in life. The caring adults, neighbors, teachers, and those that worked in many of the community programs were the real change agents in the lives of so many youths. My love and responsibility for the community is a direct result of what these people poured into my life toward a positive path. The African Proverb “It takes a village to raise a child” continues to embody how I lead. I realize that to sustain positive growth in youth I had to build and strengthen the network between kids and guardians to move all toward a positive path of change.
