Sombreros Mexican Restaurant
My name is Joseph Stricker and I would like to welcome you to Sombreros Mexican Restaurant. The little boy in the Logo of Sombreros is from a picture of me taken at my Grandparent’s house, Apolonia & Bejamin Martinez. I chose this logo because the most memorable and happiest times of my life was being at their house. I can still remember, as if it was yesterday, waking up as a small child in their house, hearing Mexican music playing and walking into the kitchen to find my grandfather making Caldo and rolling tortillas. He would look at me, grab a fresh tortilla straight off the comal, put butter on it and hand it to me….and boy did it taste heavenly! So, when I decided to open Sombreros, I wanted it to be just like the happiest time in my life for all of you.
