Eric Culpepper is the Founder and Executive Director of Business Network Association. He served honorably in two branches of the United States military, earning numerous awards for valor, service, and technical excellence. In the U.S. Navy, he operated as a Gunner’s Mate of Guns (GMG)—a highly specialized and technically advanced role within the weapons division—earning several meritorious awards and commendations for exceptional performance.
He later served in the U.S. Army National Guard as a Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Specialist, where his leadership and precision earned him additional medals recognizing his exemplary service and dedication. After completing his military service, he pursued higher education at Saginaw Valley State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing. He went on to thrive in the corporate sector, most notably at Xerox Corporation, where he excelled as a Major Account Executive. Eric’s leadership, influence, and contributions to both industry and community have earned him recognition in several distinguished publications, including Marquis Who’s Who and Crain’s Detroit Business, solidifying his standing as an innovative force in the world of business development.
